I am trying to lose 20-25 pounds by August 29th. I don't think I'd be able to. but I guess it is worth a try. and does anyone have any good motivators I am not motivated at home at all and I have no room to work out at all. and I am only 15 and You have to be 16 to go to the gym in town :l

    I love walking at a brisk pace.....and you can do that at any age......good luck in your journey
  • Hang in there. August 29 is not too far away and I don't think you are being too realistic about having to lose 25 lbs. by then. Take your time in doing so as the weight will stay off. Good luck!

    Thanks Guys for the tips! and I also wanted to know I love Salads but I love burgers at restaurants. Any tips on what I should Do?

    How about ordering a burger with no bun. I know it sounds funny, but a burger still tastes like a burger. The bun just helps you transport it to your mouth. And since you love salads, get one on the side instead of fries.
    Also, try to limit how often you're eating out, and make sure you flush your body with lots of water afterwards. Watching your sodium and sugar levels will help you achieve your goal.
    Walking is a great way to lose weight!

    Bike riding, jogging, walking, strength training and keeping careful watch on calories. Give yourself a mantra like "I'm doing this because I said I would." "I'm doing this because I'm worth living longer." You'll have plenty of motivation if you love yourself :)
