Hey everyone! I'm new here - I've been trying this out for the last week along with my new workout regimen consisting of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 program and her meal plan. I'm already beginning to feel more awake when I get up in the morning and I have already lost two pounds since starting.
I have yet to meet anyone else through MFP for moral support - we all gotta stay together and help each other stick with it!

Thanks everyone! The support and comraderie in this forum is pretty amazing. I definitely wish I would have known about this place earlier, but no better time than the present. About 6-7 years ago I was all about long distance running. I tried getting back into it a few months ago and prior to that, off and on - and it just doesn't motivate me like it used to. Not to mention, it doesn't give me the same results that it did before. Time to switch it up! Let's do this!0

Whew, Jillian sure had her :15 minutes of fame (ten years of fame?)
I never held anything against her, I just wasn't inspired by her. Obviously a LOT of other people were.0
