Thinking of doing a Cleanse..

Im thinking of doing my own little cleanse, with those atkin shakes.
160 calories. 15g of protein..

I was thinking of having 3 shakes a day. And a salad in the lettuce.

So my plan would look like this.

Morning *Have a shake.*

Lunch *Have a shake*

Dinner *Have a shake* & A Salad.

And of course id drink some water in between. And between one of those meals, I might have an apple.

I was thinking of doing this for 2 or 3 days.

& I will be doing an intense cardio workout called turbofire. from the company beachbody.
Its intense cardio, and sometimes i do strength workouts, and interval training, stretch classes,etc.

Let me know what you think! & How many lbs do you think id lose?
