Losing the will

So lately i feel like ive slowly bern giving in to eating over my cal limit again no excerising and justvover eating please help me any tips?

    First things first, it happens to everyone! Just keep logging into MFP on a daily basis. In early June I suffered a major knee injury. I find out this next Friday whether I have to have surgery or just rehab. I have not been to the gym and I was worried about losing sight of my goals.
    I find that if I am having a down moment I go into Success Stories and read them all. They really give me hope for my future. Also try changing up your routines a bit. Do something different for exercise, you may just be bored! Try to make yourself choose the healthy food options. In the 6 weeks that I have been laid up I have managed to still lose 2 pounds and that's because of watching what I eat.
    You can do this, you will get over this hump. Think about where you are today and where you will be in the future. Good luck!
