Right - 4'11" - frame 30,25,30 if I've measured correctly.

Diary telling me need to double carbs & protein. Set my goals with no excercise. I've been advised to do a strength training with minimal cardio....

Any tips or advice and could someone breakdown what they would regard as strength training & cardio.

Cheers

I'm unsure about specifications for weight gain, but I've heard many bodybuilders will limit their cardio to 20 minutes per day. You could weight 5 days a week by doing body part splits, but 3x a week full body is good as well.

Also, I'd consider weight training/calisthenics as strength training. Many group classes that incorporate weights tend to be more aerobics/cardio than actual strength training. Assuming you don't have any medical reasons such as spinal issues, you'd want to do low rep/high weight sets as opposed to high volume training.
