What category would log that in at? thanks in advance

I just log it in under Cardiovascular. I don't see how you could break down each exercise and put those in individually. I wear a HRM while I do all Jillian Michaels' videos and manually put in my calorie expenditure along with the time.0

I do the same thing. I have seen on here that some log it under circuit training. That would totally cover what you are doing while doing 30DS.0 -
