Forgive me for being clueless

I have a mini trampoline which I have been going on every night after work and I went on it twice yesterday. I only manage about 10 mins of bouncing or jogging on it before I am shattered but I am worried I am going to lose my motivation. I haven't gone on yet today because I don't want to overdo it so I decided I would alternate my exercising every day so I don't strain myself.
Is this the right way to go or should I just stick to the one exercise method?

Variety is the key! Mix in some strength training and some stretching exercise. It doesn't matter how good an exercise is for you if you burn yourself out and stop doing it0

You won't strain yourself.
I'm certainly no expert, but I would mix it up, trampoline, walking, cardio, weights,
it's like a buffet of activity just waiting for you! :drinker:0 -
Alternating is a great way to shake up and confuse the muscles. It's recommended by most trainers0

Definitely mix it up as much as you would like, so you don't get bored.0

Mix, Mix, Mix!!! Don't let your body get too used to one exercise. I bike, walk, elliptical, strength and balance train.0

Mix it up and stick to the things you really lile . Those will change with time which is why trying different things all the time (every couple of weeks or so) is important.0

What does everyone mean by strenght training?
I will definitely be mixing it up then! I have my wii fit and will have wii zumba and I walk to work everyday and of course my trampoline!0 -
Strength training is basically weight lifting. Use hand held weights, or go to the gym. It doesn't have to be anything fancy (even cans of soup or a bag of sugar!) but get those muscles moving! Most of what your doing sounds more cardio, which is awesome! To see the weight come off, gotta get those muscles working!0
