Ok so I started back full force last

Friday the 17th with eating right after trying for a month to get the routine down and ont he 20th I started my workouts- ok I increased my fiber drink my water eat my protein workout out 5 days a week good right well I lost 2lbs last week which was great start however i just jumped on the scale this morning just to peak (tomorrow is my weigh in day) and S*O*B i gained to the two pounds back- I did it all right- except for last night I had 4 cookies and a small cup of milk but i counted them- I hope its just for the increased fiber not doing what it should be :grumble: :angry: - Well tomorrow is my weigh in day hopefully it evens out at least i rather have a week without lose than a week of gain-- but i will keep pushing through i need to get that damn heart rate monitor- I dont think im gonna eat my exercise calories until i get mine so i know i am burning/eating the right amount-- ok i vented now back to work for me--
