Hi! I've had good sucess losing weight on my own so far, having gone from 300 pounds to the mid 190's but I've been stuck there since March, bouncing up and down within about 2 pounds of 196.
At first I'm going to keep eating (about 1200 calories Piscio - Ovo vegitarian) and exercising (cardio 7 days a week, bowflex 4 days a week) as I had been and see if by logging my food more carefully i can figure out where I need to improve to break the "wall".
I'm focusing more on my waist measutrement than what the scale says and that's been stuck at 44" since last year, although my scale tells me my BF% is dropping.
