    This is a great site. I have lost 60 lbs by staying within my calorie amount and you can do the same. I wish you the best.

    I promise you if you stay within your calorie intake it allows you it will work. I have lost 60 lbs as of today. Stated at 240 and 180 now. Just be determined and stay with it, you and your love lones will be so happy you did.

    From the UK too! doesnt seem that many of us compared to the Americans ey! good luck with the dieting, the site has helped me massively so far, so hopefully will you too!
