Anyone tried back exercises to lose back fat and tone the loose bits and have a straight nice looking back?
Im 19 not fat and never been fat...infact I been difficulty to put on weight. I still dunno why I have sort of loose looking fat or skin maybe on my back. sort of close to the sides. (Lattisimus dorsi area)
I had a back surgery 4 years ago on right side of my back and so it looks like its more loose than the other side. ( the other side is still loose though!)
it doesnt look HORRIBLE but i need to get rid of it. its affecting my confidence!!!!

I am in a back fat boat too. I am working on it with rowing machine. it helps tone arms and bustline as well. good luck!0

The best exercise is pull ups and walking/running swinging your arms.0
