Where I can find a manual for my Polar Accurex NV?

Hi! I just found one of our ancient heart rate monitors but I can't remember what it does or how to use it. If anyone knows where I can find a manual online or else has one they can send a copy of that would be great!

Does anyone have one of these dinosaurs? Do they give an average heart rate? Can you set limits?

Found one for "Polar Accurex Plus". Maybe they're similar enough that the manual will be relevant...
