Nearly Lost My Shorts!

So I had a major victory today. I just finished my last workout for week 3 of Insanity - since it was really hot in the house I opted for an old pair of shorts and a tank top. Now these shorts used to be skin tight - there was no way I'd wear them out in public 6months ago.
I started my workout - jogging, jumping jacks, butt kicks ... my shorts were literally FALLING OFF! I spent a good amount of that workout hiking up what are now baggy shorts.


Today is a GREAT day!!!

    had to laugh , had my work out yesturday, was wearing actaully new shorts in a size i thought would be small and snug,
    had the same problem.
    also the sports bra i was wearing has gotten too loose, well we wont talk about jumping jacks
