Ahhh! Gained two pounds!

I know what happened, my laptop was in the repair shop for the last 2 weeks, and I didn't really track my food as I should have. I got really snack happy, I guess because I didn't log it my food diary, I tricked myself into believing that those snack calories didn't count? I also didn't exercise all week long due to my manager being on vacation, so I was left in charge and didn't have time and was stressed. I know, it' a bunch of excuses. It's ok, I had lost 3 pounds the week before and 3 pounds the week before that, I knew that was more than I should have lost and that it was too good to be true.:mad:

No, it's not too good to be true! It's very common to lose multiple pounds per week at the beginning, when you stop eating processed foods and start watching portions. But when you start eating things that contain sodium again, the weight can come back, not to mention that it's very common for weight to sway back and forth a couple pounds depending on your time of month, what you've eaten, if you've had a bowel movement. A gallon of water weighs 8 lbs!
Relax, don't lose hope, and regain the footing you had. The situation you just went through with your schedule changing and your laptop being out of reach is ONLY TEMPORARY!! Come back, keep track of food and get back into your routine and you'll be right as rain in no time!!0
