Help- Graduation on Wednesday!

So I have my graduation on wednesday and I really want to fit comfortably into my dress! This involves de-bloating as much as possible and possible shifting a pound or two? Does anyone have any advice on how this may be possible? I was going to cut out carbs e.g. bread, pasta, potatoes but what else will keep me full and not bloated!? Thanks!

    Options
    High protein/high fiber foods. Make sure you drink a lot of water! It helps flush out your system.
