"Bad" day beater...

If you are stressing and obsessing that you've had a not so good food day and are ready to ring yourself over the coals...DON'T!!! I'll tell you what my hubby and I did on one of "those" days...

Go to your diary and make a BEFORE and AFTER diary page.
Make, but don't enter officially a HONEST replica of a day BEFORE your lifestyle change and then compare it to your so called "bad" day with the new lifestyle changes applied! You may be amazed...

I learned that on a regular day BEFORE, I would consume almost 3x my daily recommended calories!!! I almost fell over!!! My day of over by a less than 200 calories didn't seem so bad anymore.

Try it.

I will never make this a forever change if I chose to beat myself up over little mistakes, instead of learn from them. I hope we all remain open to learning how to change our lives for the better!! :) Have a great day!
