I am lost on what to eat i love to exercise so i have that down good. I know im not eating right that is why my progress is so slow. I am wondering if someone can give me some examples of a great day of eating right. An example of what you guys eat and what has helped you. I know fruits and veg, But what else I get so lost in i cant eat this and that I cant see what there is to eat. I like cereal, and egg whites and yogurts. I am stuck after this. HELP!!!

I love bagels and found that there is a bagel thin out there, perfect for my mornings, I vary that with eggs. I also love a variety of wraps. I even have found to keep my protein down I will make just a veggie wrap and you can do so many different ways with these, fresh spinach instead of lettuce, dsifferent light dressings, from cuccumbers to sauted peppers and onion. I generally save the meat from meals I made for supper, or just use tuna or lunchmeat.
Suppers are what I would normally fix but I have found a way to oven bake many things instead of frying them. I can eat off of any menue now. Most restaurants (even olive garden) post their menues on line and you can google calories and all will lhave dressings 'on the side'. Don't forget to google low calorie recipes to get other ideas. Its actually fun!!0 -
