I only ask this because I see many who make comments about being close to goal and struggling to kick the last few pounds. So it made me wonder which is better your measurements or the number on the scale.
For example: I am 5'1 CW133 (GW 128) with the following measurements 35-27-36
I have been trying to decided if I should be trying harder to lose more weight since I read of other 5'1 females with a GW 115. I'm not sure what the ideal measurements are for someone my height but I thought I would just put it out there and see what people thoughts are. Thanks.

I think once you get close to your goal weight that actual pounds aren't as important...especially if the weight you are carrying is lean muscle. In that case...I would go by measurements.0

I personally feel that losing inches is more important. If you are losing inches but not losing weight, despite exercising, then you are building muscle which helps you burn fat. That is a great thing. Hope this helps!0
