Tracking calories based on foods I like to eat

I am starting resistance and fitness training tomorrow. I also wish to track the my calories based on what I am currently eating to see if I am eating enough of the right foods to make my Basil Metabolic Rate of 2,420 calories a day. I thought I could build my own calories chart for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but no luck so far. I thought if I had a list of foods I like that I could combine to make daily BMR goal, it would make things easier. Right now, I watch what I eat but have no idea how many calories I eat a day. Is there a way to do this? Thanks. Joe

Can't you just add in the foods you eat, then see how many calories that adds up to? That is the basis of the website here.0

I am starting to get it. The website is much more detailed than I thought and I see better how it works. I just started integrating yoga which is a refreshing appraoch to exercise even though I am active with golf, hiking and yard work. Thanks. Hot in Indy, Joe0
