Today, I purchased this HRM. I like the fact that Sportline makes the watch that doesn't require the chest strap, and is said to be very accurate. I think I'm going to like it. I would appreciate any imput anyone has on this watch. I need all the help and support I can get.
I got the time/date set. But not to sure about using the Beep. I think I turn in on before my first step ? The watch is set at default which is 2. I average approx 60-70 very brisk pace walk. I'm not a beginner at walking. Have been doing it for yrs now along with Curves. I know I don't want to be a 3 which is for marathon trainers, but I'm not sure if I should set it at (1) or 2. I hope someone out there has this model. Thanks !
