Biggest Loser Cardio Max

I want to start BL Cardio Max but I don't know where to put it in my exercise diary:indifferent: Im soooo confused lol

    I have no idea...but I have that one too and it is hard!

    I have a heart rate monitor so I do it as BL Cardio Max that I put in myself. But if you don't have a HRM then if you put it in as Circuit training I would think that would work.

    I used to select "aerobics: high impact" for this workout... if that helps.

    I compared my HRM reading with stuff that's in the database. High Impact Aerobics is almost exactly the same.
