Need some help

So im about 2 pounds away from my initial goal of 130 pounds. im 5"6 and currently 132. now im thinking about decreasing my goal to 125-128ish. the thing is im confused. one part of me doesnt like change even the change of my weight. I dont know if im afraid to lose weight or what. so as i aproach my goal a part of me is telling mysself its okay to eat more and that i dont need to lose weight i can just eat eat eat. so what do you guys think? im also doing p90x and finished days 7 today. . . i also work 6 days a week from 7am-7 pm and i get up at 4 30 to do p90x. i dont know if this post is a question or a rant or a pamphlet but thanks for reading / replying

Um, just some ideas. Are you getting enough sleep? A deficit is bad for your overall mindset. Second, the first weight calculator I Googled said the ideal weight for 5'6" is 139, so I'm thinking that your desire to go lower could be about something else. Third, if p90x is the shake stuff (google again) You are the second person on it I've noticed on MFP in the last few days who is craving wildly. Makes me wonder if it might be good to put some real food back in the picture.0

I am doing the p90x workouts not shakology and I get 6-6and half hours of sleep at first it was a struggle but my body is getting use to it. I actually eat alot of whole food. Bitfor some reason the more weight i lose the more I eat.0
