I have just signed up since this looks like such a great, supportive weight loss site. I am a 46 High School teacher and need to lose lots of weight. My biggest obstacle is motivation. I am usually exhausted when I get home and don't feel like exercising at all.
Just wanted to say hi and I hope I learn alot from you all!

Welcome aboard!!! You have choose the right place for all the motivation and inspiration that you need to stay on track!! I myself is a hairstylist and sometimes being on my feet all day I have the same problem of not wanting to do excersie after I get home but since I found this site I have been doing really well with getting the motivation that I need to do some sort of excersie. Reading other succcess stories have also helped me to stay focused and inspired!! Feel free to add me I will be glad to help motivate you!!

My best friend is a school teacher and I have an idea of how stressful and tiring your days are. But this site is a great motivation tool, so log on as much as you can. I have been doing Ripped in 30 for 3 days now by Jillian Michaels. I love it because it is only a 20 minute workout. You can check other Jillian Michaels DVDs, I've heard that it is best to start with Shred 30 first. But I don't know how long the workouts are.0 -
