Everyone on my friends list is wonderful, but I feel like I would benefit from having friends with goals similar to my own. I'm not overweight, but I have gained weight since being in college and need to get back into shape. After I lose the 15lb I gained, I want to work on toning my body and maintaining it.
Of course I wouldn't turn down a request, the more the better! I get inspired by all of you; your diaries, the types of workouts you do, your success. It all helps.
I might not be overweight, but I still struggle with getting motivated, resisting temptations, and staying on track. That's why I need you guys!
