any SOFL runners?

i trying to get back on my running addiction but its so hard to go to 5ks all by myself its a bit intimidating just wondering if there is any other south florida runners on here

    I am not in SOFL, so can't help you there. I just wanted to comment because it used to be so fun when I was running to get up so early and participate with this big crowd of people. Some of my best memories are the first five minutes of races and we are all starting to spread apart based on speed, strategy, conditioning, etc.

    I joined MFP with the hope that I could run a 5K again. I will be with you in spirit at your next 5K!
