I've watched many of these episodes (although most on Youtube have been pulled. The BBC website has some great clips from the show.)

I wonder how people on MFP feel about the techniques they use to help the supersize/superskinny individuals get back onto the healthy track. One episode was particularly tough for the supersized person (who I always feel bad for). She was given only oreos and some soda for dinner! I feel like living this way for a week would be awful.

Also, what do people think about how they show a weeks' worth of food to each of the "contestants?" Many think its a waste of food, but I think if this is what it takes to get people to realize their unhealthy under/over eating, so be it.

Looking forward to hearing what people have to say about this show- I'm a huge fan of how the BBC are creating shows which address bother super sized and super skinny.
