New to MFP and a new me success story

This is a great site for all! What a great way to help those who want to lose weight and those like me who want to maintain. The key to success for all of us, especially those of us in our 40's is balance between good proper nutrition and exercise. For me, I went for the quick weight lose and dropped 20lbs in 4 weeks going from 185 to 165. I then continued with my current nutrition program as well as working out extra hard putting back on 5lbs of lean muscle. My goal is to gain another 5lbs of lean muscle and continue to get ripped and more defined. For those of you working on losing weight, DON'T give up. There will be days you don't feel like exercising but it is KEY to your success. I love reading about all the success stories. Keep up the great work Team MFP.
