30 Day Shred

How do you record your 30 ds in exercises? I want to do it, but I'd like to know how everyone goes about recording the exercise and how many calories, etc. I am burning. Any suggestions?

    there are other posts on the forum about this where folks say they list it as 20-25 minutes of circuit training. hope that helps.

  • I think circut training...;) I have done a few days of her 30 shred and I've gone to a personal trainer who did a circut training exercise one day..and it was very simular! :)

    Hi, Thanks for posting. I wondered the same thing myself, and then figured that the 30 day shred was interval training or what is most likely called CIRCUIT TRAINING in MFP exercise log. I was amazed at how many calories it burns, but think that a heart rate monitor is most accurate in determining actual calories burned.
