Should I increase my calorie intake?

MFP has me at 1290 calories with me working out 5 days a week for 2 hours. I just wondered if my body was getting enough nutrition with my calories set that low. I do eat back my exercise calories. Should I increase my calories or keep them where they are? Just thinking and wanted some opinions! Thanks in advance

I've broken through 2 of my 3 stalls (3 weeks no loss) by increasing my calories, I'm eating over 2000 calories a day and losing weight just fine.0

I think this is a very personal thing. For me, 1290 calories would put me into starvation mode quickly. I consume 2200-2500 calories a day and maintain my weight quite easily. Are you trying to lose and your weight has stalled? Are you heading into maintenance?0

You may very well have your settings/goals incorrect for where you are. May help to read these:
