Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Walking Lunges
Let's see if we can do 150 of them.
I'm doing lower numbers now because I want us to focus on proper form to get full benefit from these challenges. Basically I want to focus on quality not quantity.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
You can log these challenges as "Calisthenics" I hear.

Done. My boss got quite the giggle at work when I was doing the lunges to get from place to place. It's a good thing, I work in an environment that is pro-fitness.0

Okay I'm only at 80 so far and my legs are already sore! lol It's 3:40pm my time so two more sets and I'm done!!
Just can't do 150 at one time, goodness I just did 50 and almost fell over at the end. lol0 -

Done!! A little modified due to arthritis in my knees, but DONE!! All 150 in a row before midnight.....Thanks for posting. I am looking forward to seeing tomorrow's.0

Done!! Took me 3 different sets but the more I did the easier it was. 30, 50 and 70 and I didn't even fall over. lol

I got mine done. I did 220 (I think. Lost count but did 200 fer sure)

yeah it was tough, I definitely surprised myself! I did it along the back wall of the gym just in case I lost my balance :-)0
