Aloha everyone!

I'm a 23 year old from Hawaii, looking for some support with my current weight loss. For the past two years I've been trying to get rid of the extra weight I put on with the birth of my son. I'm currently 170lb, hoping to get down to 140lb. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you, and exchanging messages of support and inspiration.
