How high do you wear jeans or pants
Hello people I guess this is targeted towards men but i would like to know women's views as well. I wear mine low around my hips and I've heard it should be sort of under your belly button / navel
This just seems uncomfortale to me and they don't stay put! I guess it's probably different for different jean styles I normally wear straight/skinny but even when i wear smart trousers for work they don't seem to want to stay anywhere but really low down !
Has anyone lost weight from around their midsection and found they have a new waistline

I like to wear mine right under my tummy, like ultra low rise. BUT I CANT EVER FIND ANY. So mine sit like half way between my belly button and hips. =[0

I am still fighting the "marvelous middle" I obtained before starting my journey. And I find that while I have lost weight everywhere else, that is the last spot to go. I went from a size 42 or 44 inch waist in pants down to a size 34 or 36 inch. Depending on the style of pants, 34s are too small, or 36s are too big. Most jeans today, because of the way they are cut, fall squarely in the size 34 camp. Most dress or casual pants for me fall in the 36 inch waist camp. In general, I do not like to wear any pants up high around my navel, because when I do, the width of my waist at that area tends to "push" the pants back down, and then they feel too loose. So when I look for clothing, I try on a lot of different pairs and sometimes bring two sizes in with me to the changing room, to see which ones will feel right.0

Well, I can tell you where I like to see men wear their pants...
It's all about the back pockets. The top of them should be starting no lower than halfway (though 1/3 is ideal) down your backside and the bottoms of them should not more than an inch and a half on your upper thigh--otherwise, it's not doing me or your butt any favors.
I like the higher rise look for men (that come maybe an inch or two below the naval) because I think they give off a better fit.

Thanks for the replies everyone !
Broadsword that sounds exactly like me I'm 34" ish and they seem to get 'pushed down' even if I wear a belt I have to wear it insanely tight to keep them up and they still fall down even then! congratualtions on the weight loss so far as well !
Zombriana it sounds like you are the opposite to me then ! I want mine to stay half way but they only go super low rise! Think we need to trade jeans !
Polkadot thanks for that it sounds like a good check to make ! I never really thought about the rear view I guess I have a little bit of loose jean below my butt, but (bad choice of words) the pockets seem on target !0
