NSV - riding a bike!

A silly one here, but when I taught my older daughter to ride a bike, I couldn't run along beside her for more than a few steps, was really out of breath and very aware of my big boobs bouncing up and down ;-(

So, fast forward to a fitter, lighter me this weekend, and teaching younger daugher to ride her bike. First off, remembered to wear a sports bra, which helped keep the top half in place, but there was me jogging along side her, even sprinting on the slight downhills when she sped up, stopping for a few seconds when she stopped, then back at it again. And guess what? It was actually fun! ;-)

    Family is great motivation to
    get and stay healthy.

    I have young grandchildren
that I would love to be able
    to play with without getting
    out of breath!

    Keep up the awesome work!

I think I love my Berlei Shock Absorber bra! Not glam looking, not pretty, but really keeps them under control ;-)
