Hi everyone. I am starting Week 2 of Month 2 of Insanity. Now I'm wondering, what comes next? I hear so much about ChaLean Extreme & Turbo Fire. How do they compare? Or, should I just repeat Insanity? I have seen great results, and I really want to continue to build my cardio. On the other hand, I love strength training and the toning that provides. I am so confused. One day I am set on CLX. The next I hear from someone, "No, no, no do Turbo Fire!" Help meeeeee!! Please?

Do whatever you think sounds fun and whatever promises the results you are seeking -- that's the best way to make sure you are happy. As long as you are correctly following whatever program you choose (and that includes any related food plans), you will see the promised results.

If you are looking for a weight training routine chalean extreme would be ok, but if you really dig the interval training of Insanity move onto Turbo Fire. The music is great and is has some great HIIT training. There are also some extra Insanity videos you can purchase. There is an upper body weight, max interval sports and an Interval abs workout.... ALSO there is the new Insanity Asylum out now. Which is an AWESOME workout

CLX is primarily strength training. It has cardio on the two alternate days of the week, but after you've done Insanity, they might seem a little tame  I am currently doing CLX and Insanity, doing CLX three days per week for the lifting routine and doing Insanity for cardio on the remaining days and love the combination.

This is my fourth round of CLX and I'll never stop doing the weight training but I will probably continue to sub in other cardio just to mix it up. I'd love to try TurboFire next but again, I'll still do CLX weight training 3 days per week and the TurboFire on the remaining days. You can do cardio on the same day you lift, but if the workouts are back to back, do the lifting first.

Either way - you really can't go wrong!!
