Yep! Anything that counts as one serving counts. So if you eat 3 cups of fruit that counts a 3.0 -

I was off to a slow start, but I'm getting better. Thank you for setting up this challenge. I've never tried burpees before, I kinda like them. I will probably do them more often when or if my foot gets better.
