    Just ate a homemade salad consisting of Lettuce, Edamame, and Red Peppers. Would this count as 3 on the veggie scale?

    Yep! Anything that counts as one serving counts. So if you eat 3 cups of fruit that counts a 3.

    You are welcome to join us at any time. I post weekly challenges normally on Monday morning each week. You can start at anytime on this challenge.
    Most challenges on this site start on specific days and you need to sign up with them then. There are a ton of monthly challenges that should be starting in the next week...so keep an eye out for that.

    I was off to a slow start, but I'm getting better. Thank you for setting up this challenge. I've never tried burpees before, I kinda like them. I will probably do them more often when or if my foot gets better.
