    OOOOOOH! Just 'tested' out a burpee and all I can say is OUCH!!!! Bad shoulder (tendentious) and very bad knee (torn ligaments) will make this QUITE a challenge. HOWEVER, I will 'try' none the less. BRING IT!!!!

    Does it help if you do the beginner version in the video. It looks easier on the joints.

    Yep! Anything that counts as one serving counts. So if you eat 3 cups of fruit that counts a 3.
