Hi all

Having real problems trying to fit in my fitness plan with my life!! A normal day for me is

Up at 7am
Work by 8am. Finish work at 5.30pm (two 15 mins breaks and a 30 min lunch)
Home by 6pm.
Eat dinner and change for yard and try to be in the yard by 7.30pm (yard 30 km from home)
Catch horse, ride horse and feed and turnout by 9.30pm
Home by 10 pm.
Shower and bed by 10.30 / 11pm.

I'm not getting enough fitness exercise. I know I horse ride, but I need to do more walking / running as I am in the early stages of Osteophinea (phase before Osteopherosis -spelling terrible) so need to walk etc.

But I am hardly able to get out of the bed at 7am!! If I start getting up at 5.30am/6am to walk before work - will I get used to it? I mean, I know I'll be wrecked but will I get used to it and find it easier over time? And if so, how long before I find it easier?

Need the day to be 28hrs, not 24 - then I'd fit everything in!!

Any advice gratefully received!!
