I'M LOOKING TO GET BACK INTO SHAPE AFTER RUPTURING MY ACHILLES IN SEPT LAST YEAR. IM MAINLY DOING CIRCUITS AT MO, WITH KETTLEBELLS, CLUBBELLS AND BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES. REALLY WANT TO GET BACK TO WHERE I WAS WITH FITTNESS, WEIGHT AND BODY FAT BEFORE THE ACHILLES. I WAS MUAY THIA TRAINING BEFORE ALSO, NEED TO GET BACK INTO THAT!!! ANYWAY, GO FOR IT YOU LOT!!
