MONDAY'S DAILY CHALLENGE

HELLO EVERYONE!! HOPE YOU ARE UP FOR A CHALLENGE TODAY!! HERE IT IS:

75 CRUNCHES OR SIT UPS
50 PUSH UPS
50 JUMPING JACKS
1 MINUTE PLANK POSE (ELBOWS DOWN, NOT HANDS)
30 MINUTE WALK OR JOG


AND AS ALWAYS, DRINK UP THE OZ.'s OF WATER!!! CHECK IN WHEN YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THE CHALLENGE.

    I'm in...it's all a real challenge for me...I don't know what planks are but I'll find out and at least attempt them. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this...even though I'm not where most of you are in your workouts...these challenge post encourage me to go a bit further each time.

    YOU GET INTO PUSH UP POSITION AND THEN LOWER YOUR ELBOWS DOWN TO WHERE THEY ARE ON THE FLOOR (ELBOWS AND HANDS ON FLOOR) AND HOLD THAT POSE FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN. IT REALLY WORKS THE MID SECTION!!

    I did it!! Well, almost....

    100 crunches
    50 jumping jacks
    50 push-ups
    1-minute plank

    It's too hot out to walk, so I did 25 minutes of dancing instead. :o)

    Thanks again for doing this! It really motivates me to move!!

    Ok, I didn't jot it down correctly so I did the following:
    150 Crunches
    50 push ups
    75 jumping jacks
    2 x 1 min planks & 2 x 30 sec planks (killer!!!)
    30 mins of hula hooping which i've read is the same as waling at a 3.0 speed

    Maybe arms can me incorporated tomorrow and some sit down's again!!
