Hello Everyone! New here...Looking for support shedding the rest of my baby weight after two years! Im finished carrying it around and im ready to get healthy!

    Thanks so much! I already feel so welcome! Today was a kinda weak start....tomorrow will be better. Havent much figure out what im doing yet food wise any tips?
