Ready to get Healhty!

I've fallen into some bad habits with my food and exercise. I havn't cared for the last month or two. I'm feeling sluggish and tired and sad all the time about my body. I'm not a big person but I used to be when I was little so I always see that person in the mirror. it's hard sometimes but I'm learning to accept my body. I want to get it toned and healthy!! And loose this 15 pounds I've put on. :)
