I've been doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred and while I LOVE the results, I'd like something to do that will get extra cardio in AND be fun at the same time. I DON'T have a lot of space, so it can't require a lot of back and forth stuff. Otherwise, I would probably do the Winsor Pilates Max Burn Cardio. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for looking!

I've started just putting on my HRM, putting on some dance music and going nuts dancing in my living room. It makes my family uncomfortable (LAWLZ!), but I find it easier to keep moving for longer than I can if I'm doing a DVD.

I <3 Zumba.. I've never done the dvd's though, just classes. I'm not sure how the dvd's are but in the class I would say most of the dances require a bit of space so maybe not the best choice? Maybe try to find some examples on youtube and see if you can make it work before getting a dvd of it.
