Need a new exercise routine

I want to kick it into high gear for the next few weeks. I am doing 30DS (starting level 2 today) but what else should I add onto it? Any suggestions? I want something that's going to really help me burn some calories.

    i do turbofire and i love it! especially the HIIT work outs.

    If you REALLY want to kick things into high gear...REST most between workouts to allow your body to recover and get stronger.

    Working out is a stress and the benefit peaks after 45-60 mins. Doing more on top of that produces Cortisol (Stress Hormone) which starts to work against you when you keep pushing to do more.

    Think of it this way...if you take 2 Advil or Tylenol when you have a headache, would taking 6 would be better for you? Not at all.

    Giving yourself more time to recover between workouts allows your body to get stronger and then work harder the next time around.

    Running, I love it and it has helped so much to shape my legs. That, and Kim K's Fit in your jeans by friday Butt blast video! lol


    I Love them both! and my legs have FINALLY started to thin out.
