Guess what? I found some FLAX SEED and millet whole grain gluten free hamburger buns at the health food store today and they were really good, I toasted them, added FF mayo FF cheese and a turkey burger and it was good!0

That's an excellent change! I wish more people would cut out the bleached flour instead of the fat! Don't worry, there are so many delicious grains out there that you won't miss white flour a bit. Whole grain bread has much more texture and flavor than crummy wonderbread! And once you can eyeball portion sizes and do some research into the nutrition facts of some restaurants, eating out will be a cinch. I still have no trouble at all, I just order a lean meat like chicken or fish, and a fibrous steamed veggie. I am very good at eyeballing portion sizes now after a year of measuring or weighing all my food.0
