My success story and comparison pic

Chicken and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, chicken and broccoli.
That's been the inside joke between me and my roommate for the last 5 months, only because when I would come home from the grocery store, every time he would laugh because it would basically be 5 pounds of skinless boneless chicken breasts and 10 bags of those "steamfresh broccoli" things.
Anyways, in the pic I'll post below (hopefully, if I do it correctly) on the left I probably weighed about 300+ pounds. To be honest, I really don't know, because I didn't own a scale. When I found MFP, I was down to 285. I'm at 230 now, and continuing to drop closer and closer to my goal weight.
(I feel it appropriate to mention I'm 6'4, to anyone curious as to my height/weight ratio)
While I haven't posted on the forums here so much until recently, I've used this (particularly the app on my phone) religiously, and as you can see, it worked.
Here's to another 6 months!
Edit: GAH I can't get the pics to work ><
Well here's the link then:

Great job. What kind of workouts are you doing?
Initially, I was just one of the guys that showed up to the gym and goofed off for an hour, not really knowing at all what I was doing. But after reading up on some things, particularly a link a friend gave me: http://www.liamrosen.com/fitness.html then I started getting it.
I did the "Couch-to-5k" program, then after I was able to do 5k a night I just started running 6 nights a week, taking sundays off. Nothing too heavy, just a jog to keep me moving, although as I got lighter I kept getting faster
Other than the serious cardio, I lifted weights mon, wed, and friday. After a while, because of my calorie deficit, I stopped getting stronger, but noticed definition in places I never saw it before, and plus from what I read, lifting burns a ton of calories, and combined with cardio, it's like turning your metabolism into a blast furnace.
Now, I do it all because it's fun0 -
