Been struggling with my weight for longer than I care to remember, been as high as 250 and (within the last 10 years) as ow as 200. this time I'm headed in the right direction and hope I can keep it up long enough to get there and stay there! I actually started to focus on eating less and exercising more about 2 months ago...the eating less is definitely easier than the exercising more part. I hit another milestone this morning breaking the 220 mark which only gives me more incentive.

Good for you! The hardest part for me about exercise was getting started. Sometimes it still *is* the hardest part - but when I'm actually into my workout and doing crazy things (yoga - me? No freakin' way!), it really feels like an accomplishment!

    Welcome!

VERY GOOD! It feels good to do it the right way and see good results

Keep up the good work. You are already on the right track and in time you will see the rest of the unwanted pounds melt away.

Similar goals as me. But I have trouble eating less while exercising more comes easier. Keep at it and you'll make great progress.
