Hi everyone! I started MFP (for real this time) on June 27th. Since I had my son 3 years ago, I have been plagued with not only the extra weight, but intense back and foot pain when standing. Well, yesterday I went to Target. When we got back into the car, we noticed that we spent over 2 hours in the store (it was SUPER Target ). I didn't notice because my back and feet never hurt. I couldn't believe it! :noway:

That's awesome! It makes it all worth it when those aches and pains start to go away.
    Congratulations!

Congrats. Not to mention that more time spent in Target MUST increase dopamine, because that place is awesome. Your NSV is two-fold!

I had the same question! Urban dictionary says it stands for "non-scale victory" :) Makes sense to me!

Way to go! Congratulations on your NSV!
