Waist measurement

I did this experiment out of curiousity... I measured my waist (the results of which always tick me off!), and then I laid down and measured my waist again. The measurement when lying down is 4 (FOUR! DAMN IT!) inches smaller! I can't even force that measurement when I'm standing up! This is very discouraging and the only way to fix this problem is to not get out of bed! (I know, that's not the answer!)

I use my Ab-sizer everyday. My arms are benefiting, but I can't say my stomach is. I really don't want to do sit-ups.

Does anybody have any advise on other waistline reducing exercises, or foods?

You don't get smaller belly from using ab-sizer *whatever that is*. You get it by losing fat which is done through dieting at a caloric deficit.

Running or walking is great for waist elimination. When I was a teenager, I walked 2 miles a day and my waistline saw a dramatic difference. I've had the same experience running intervals (walk, run, walk, run - run as much as you can, walk to catch your breath, run again, etc.) Also try side bends with heavy weights to work your obliques/love handles. Your waist is not your abs. Your STOMACH is your abs (on top of your abs) so your absizer whatever thing is not going to help that. You cannot spot reduce. Working your MUSCLES will help you burn fat (not necessarily in that area) and doing cardio will burn fat as well. You want to do cardio to burn fat and do strength training/ab-core training to work the muscles so when the fat comes off, you're nice and toned underneath. Hope that helps!
