I was wondering if you guys have any good recipes or suggestions -- I have 3 thick center-cut pork chops burning a hole in my freezer. I'm up to try anything new, fun, or delicious!

I cut my pork chops into bite size chunks, then cook them in bbq sauce and honey. Simple and delicious! Serve over potatoes, noodles or rice with a side of veggies.0

I take some yummy dried mushrooms - all kinds (you can get a huge container at Costco), grind them up in the food processor so they are still a little chunky. Spray the chop with PAM, salt and pepper and then coat in mushroom on both sides. Then, spray your fry pan with PAM and "fry" them up!0

Rub with honey mustard or mustard with a little brown sugar. Put in frig for at least an hour. Grill or Grill pan. Easy and delicious.0
