It's a great programs and easy to use.
I wish it some how could count calories for weight training.
I'm trying to lose 15 lbs of fat so I can beat my Weighted Pull-up world record, I'm 199 lbs and I add 206.2 lbs.
There’s another weighted pull-up contest in Sept for highest % pullup I would like to weigh 185 lbs and add 225 lbs to my self.
for 221 % I'm currently at 204%
