Most effective meal plans?

I usually work out during the morning and evening, but not the afternoon. My calorie budget is about 1500 a day. I'm a little conused on how to spread them out though. Is it better to just eat 6 small meals a day or 3 average meals with low calorie snacks thrown in every few hours? Appreciate any feedback, thanks!

    There is no conclusive evidence that patterns of eating makes any difference. Eat when you are hungry.
  • You should be eating every 3 hours. I normally eat most my carbs in the morning and save most of my calories for Dinner. But it's all up to how you feel and when you tend to eat the most.
